Q: What kind of wild rides will you be serving up at Carnival?
A: Since it is “Carnival,” you can expect lots of Brazilian-influenced beats. I’ll also play my new remixes for Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Meital, an awesome new Israeli artist. She has this fun song called “Hotboyz” that I just completed.

Q: Your music is often described as tribal progressive. What does that mean?
A; It just means a new version of Tribal. I’m not trying to do what was already done in the late nineties. That tribal-circuit sound was successful but I’ve moved on to a newer, updated version that is fun and exciting.  If you’ve been to our Matinee parties, you know what I’m taking about.

Q: What songs will you play?
A: I never decide in advance. I always have surprises in store though so you will have to find out that night on the dance floor.

Q: P-town is always a carnival. What’s the craziest thing you’ve done on Commercial Street?
A: I’ve only been to P-Town once! I remember my friend’s boyfriend got lost. We looked all over for him and finally we found him at the “D-Dock.” ’Nough said.

Q: How do you choose the artists you work with?
A: I don’t always get to choose. They often choose me.  I was called by Gaga’s people for “Born This Way”.  Same goes for Katy Perry, Kelis and Beyonce. For original productions, it usually happens through being out and about. The two artists I am working with now, I met at parties while we were all hanging out. I was drawn to their style and attitude.

Q: Who would you kill to have the chance to work with?

A: Adele, Sia and Natasha Beddingfield. They all have the most amazing voices. I met Natasha at Lifeball in Vienna a few weeks ago. We hit it off so there’s a good possibility we’ll work together soon.

Q: What are you most looking forward to when you land in P-Town?
A: Pizza at Spiritus!

Q: What’s next for you?
A: I am working on an album and compilation. I am also looking forward to playing Matinee Spain in Ibiza!
