Happy Father’s Day to all fathers

I will start by sending a warm Father’s Day wish to and all fathers throughout the country. I especially want to send my love and gratitude to the best father a girl could ask for—My father, Joe Lashomb, who is in NY and who continues to be such an inspiration in my life. I am so proud, Dad, to be your daughter.
I also want to welcome on board a new TRT columnist, Tetty Gorfine, Director of LifeCourse Counseling Center, who is the mastermind behind our new advice column, C’mon Out – Just Ask! This column serves as an informational tool to our LGBTQ family and allies to have their personal questions answered by a professional psychotherapist with over 28 years of experience in the field. I hope that you, our readers, choose to take full advantage of this column and the purpose that it will fulfill.
