Victory Fund Endorses Local LGBT Leader in State Rep. Race

FRAMINGHAM—Jack Patrick Lewis (D), a candidate for State Representative in the 7th Middlesex District, has recently been endorsed by the Victory Fund, an organization which works to elect LGBT candidates to make change in American politics.

“Victory Fund is proud to endorse Jack Patrick Lewis in his race for the Massachusetts State House. We believe that his experience serving youth and families make him a great choice for the people of the 7th Middlesex District,” said Aisha Moodie-Mills, Victory Fund President & CEO.

An ordained minister by background, Jack has served in diverse congregations, spearheaded social and economic justice programs and directed service trips across the globe.

In his current capacity as a non-profit leader, Jack serves as the Executive Director of OUT MetroWest, an organization which serves LGBT youth in the MetroWest Boston area. The organization uses social and academic programming to empower youth, teach skills on making healthy life choices, and advocate for a more inclusive society.

“I am honored to have the endorsement of the Victory Fund. I am committed to bringing progressive values and policies to the State House representing the 7th Middlesex District and advocating for a more welcoming Commonwealth,” said Lewis.

Jack and his husband live in Framingham with their recently adopted son.
